There is usually one of two things that my son will ask for before his "rest" or bedtime: To have a book read to him or to be told a special story. These special stories usually involve characters or machines with his name, and he loves to hear about everything "he" does.
Knowing this, I was thrilled when I heard about
The First Adventures of Incredible You, a customized book that you personalize to be about your child. The book is well written, the illustrations are fun, and the personalization blends perfectly with the book's story line, making you think the book really was written just for your main character! There is no "cookie-cutter, enter your name here" feel. My son lit up as soon as he realized that this book we were reading was about him. In fact, when he saw this image on the computer screen he gasped in excitement, saying that this was his book, and ran upstairs to get it so that we could read it again. Knowing how much we love "Max's" book, this would make a cherished and personal holiday present for any child in your life. It would be a fun way to surprise your child or a niece or nephew and their parents! You could easily get a list of answers without anyone knowing what it was for.
